We are currently begining to engage those thought leaders anew in order to share the latest information on what is working and what needs fixing. Who we are?
Since 1979 P.A.C.T. has been rethinking the traditional, and typically adversarial relationship between the police and justice system and the African American community. Through a variety of programmatic activity and activism we are implementing a holistic strategy aimed at breaking the cycle of hopelessness that has caused so many of our youth and adults to be trapped, without options to lead a productive life.
